Meet Our Church Staff

Rev. Annie Baker-Streevy
Pastor Annie (she/her) began serving St. James in July 2022. A native New Englander, she moved to Merrimack, NH with her spouse, John (they/them), their child, Finn, and their doggo, Thor (Dog of Thunder). Pastor Annie previously served Calvary United Methodist Church in Lewiston, ME from 2015-2022 and Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church in Harrison, ME from 2019-2022. She was ordained as an Elder in Full Connection at the New England Annual Conference in 2018. Pastor Annie has her Masters of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL located just north of Chicago and also holds a certification in Spiritual Direction. Receiving a calling from God at the age of 14 while camping with her family, Pastor Annie is passionate about sharing God’s radically inclusive love with all people (and all means all). Pastor Annie has a heart for social justice and making church and faith relevant while meeting people where they are. She also loves reading, playing games, watching reality tv and romcoms, and being in nature.
